About Timothy Hamn, Family Nurse Practitioner

I’m Timothy Hamn, NP, FNP-BC, FNP-C, CWS, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Certified Wound Specialist dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. My practice is built on the belief that effective medicine starts with listening — taking the time to understand each patient’s story, lifestyle, and goals before creating an individualized care plan tailored to their needs.  

With advanced training in chronic disease management, medication optimization, preventive health, and wound care, I combine evidence-based medicine with a practical, compassionate approach. Whether managing complex medical conditions, streamlining medications, or addressing daily health concerns, my goal is to help patients achieve lasting wellness through education, empowerment, and continuity of care.  

I serve patients across the Pacific Northwest, offering both in-office and mobile visits for greater accessibility. My focus is on improving outcomes while maintaining a high standard of personalized, unhurried care — the way primary care was meant to be.
